The Heritage is located just 100 metres from the Market Square and is housed in an attractive classical building dating from 1869. It is privately owned and is decorated throughout in a traditional style with original antiques and paintings. There are just 20 bedrooms, a cosy lounge where pre-dinner drinks and afternoon tea are served and an elegant breakfast room. The cellar dates back to the 14th Century and is home to a fitness centre, there is also a health club with sauna and steam bath. Restaurant Le Mystique offers fine French and Flemish cuisine, serving seasonal dishes made with local ingredients. |

Known as the ‘Venice of the North’, Bruges is one of Europe’s loveliest and best preserved mediaeval towns and it offers the perfect surroundings for a traditional Christmas Market. From 24 November until 31 December there are daily markets in Simon Stevinplein Square as well as Markt Square, that also features a specially built ice-skating rink.
