Originally built as a hunting lodge for the Austrian Imperial family at the turn of the century, the Grand Hotel Fasano is situated directly on the lake shore in a beautiful private park.

Accommodation

Within the hotel, the elegant public rooms are furnished in the original style; there is a restaurant, Il Fagiano, and breakfast and lunch can be taken outside on the terrace. Facilities include a new Spa and Wellness centre with indoor swimming pool, a clay tennis court, water sports and a golf driving range (the hotel can arrange green fees at two excellent courses nearby). There is an outdoor swimming pool in the gardens and a small pebble beach 200 metres’ away for those who prefer to swim in the lake.

The 75 bedrooms, many with balconies or terraces, are located either in the main building or in the Villa Principe which is set within the gardens. Our prices are based on superior air-conditioned rooms. The town of Gardone and its ferry port are 15 minutes’ walk away and the hotel has its own landing stage so can arrange private boat trips. Hotel supplement 1 August – 11 September: £28 per room, per night. Hotel open 1 April – 10 October.
