It was the first hotel in South Africa to become a member of Relais & Chateaux. The bar, lounges and dining room of the old farmhouse provide the perfect setting for cocktails, canapés and delicious dinners. The cuisine is superb with much of the produce coming from the gardens; it is one of the main reasons that guests return time after time. Accommodation is restricted tojust six cottages and six suites. All have been individually decorated and are very spacious with their own sitting area, excellent sound systems and private outdoor gardens.
