Furnishings in the elegant drawing rooms are stylish and traditional, with an important collection of beautiful antiques, Belgian tapestries and paintings by leading Irish artists. Log fires welcome guests into all the main public rooms, including the No. 23 Cocktail Bar, whilst imaginative dishes are prepared in Ireland's finest restaurant: Patrick Guilbaud. More informal food is available in Lord Mornington's former wine vaults.
