Although many guests enjoy sea bathing from the private beach (small pebbles), a wonderful new heated swimming pool has been added. The hotel is surrounded by subtropical gardens and there is an excellent restaurant with a terrace where guests can sit in the shade of palm trees and enjoy the view across the bay. There are 60 elegant bedrooms overlooking the gardens or the bay. Lift, but not to all floors. Taormina town can be reached in a few minutes by cable car (or complimentary shuttle) where clients may use the facilities at the sister hotel Timeo.
