An Aurora Adventure

Reykjavik, South Iceland 5 nights Price from £2,497 per person

A five night holiday: three nights Reykjavik, two nights Hotel Ranga. During the winter months (October to March) Iceland is one of the best places from which to spot the spectacular Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights. This holiday combines a stay in Reykjavik, including an evening ‘Hunt for the Northern Lights’ excursion, with two nights in the south, staying at the Hotel Ranga, where the isolation and dark skies make for perfect aurora viewing. For those willing to brave the cold, try watching the night sky from one of the open-air hot tubs. During the summer months, this holiday offers some of the best opportunities to spot puffins and rare sea birds on the cliffs of the south coast.
