With its mediaeval gothic city centre and stylish Opera houses, Prague is one of our most popular destinations, not least at Christmas time. From 2 December until 6 January it hosts two great markets in Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square that feature daily carol concerts performed by children’s choirs. Czech Christmas markets also traditionally feature hot wine, waffles, marionettes, straw decorations, cut glass and the best wooden toys in Europe.
Please note that dates for 2019 Christmas Markets are yet to be announced - call us for the latest information

Unlike most European metropolitan cities, Prague is perfect for exploring on foot. The historical centre is compact and during your tour you will follow the famous King´s Way which winds along the mediaeval streets of the New Town, Old Town and Jewish quarter, crosses Charles Bridge and finishes at the Prague Castle via the Lesser Town (our guide can tailor the tour exactly according to your wishes). You will see Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical architecture, enjoy breathtaking views and discover hidden mediaeval alleyways. The guide will reveal the stories behind the city’s decadent centuries as part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the tragic suffering and heartache under the Nazis and the Communists.
This wonderful boutique hotel is located in the city’s atmospheric Mala Strana district. It overlooks the beautiful Vrtbovska Gardens and is just two minutes’ walk from Charles Bridge.
Set in a stunning location on the banks of the Vltava River and a few steps from Charles Bridge, The Four Seasons consists of three interconnected historical buildings. All 157 bedrooms have been fully renovated and are spacious and extremely comfortable.
This excellent hotel opened in Spring 2004 after the comprehensive restoration of one of Prague’s most attractive Art Nouveau buildings. Formerly a theatre, the period architectural detail such as stained glass and wrought iron has been retained and combines favourably with a modern, contemporary design.
Opposite the Municipal House, in the heart of the atmospheric 'old town', the Paris is one of Prague's best known traditional hotels and one of the few where all the public rooms are still in the original Art Nouveau style.
