Located 15 minutes’ walk from Alexanderplatz, the Leonardo Royal is well positioned to explore Potsdamer Platz and the cathedral.
Opened in 2009, it is housed within an impressive Art Deco building and many of its original features are still evident, especially in the lobby. Its 346 bedrooms have been decorated in an elegant yet modern style. A lounge offers a quiet retreat and in the evenings, the ‘Vitruv’ restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine. A courtyard terrace can be enjoyed in the summer months.

Public transport in central Berlin is also included with your card.

One thing I would say after visiting Berlin is that 2 days is not long enough! Berlin has so much to offer that to try and fit it all in over such a short space of time is to do it an injustice. However, I wasn’t complaining as this was a work trip after all so a tight schedule had to be adhered to. As Concierge, my main duty was to experience Berlin for its cultural aspects and so I…
