Daniel Roberts is an esteemed figure in the world of chamber
music, having been a member of the Castalian String Quartet for
many years, playing in the world's most important concert halls and
festivals. Today, he is involved with several organisations nurturing
and preparing young musicians for their careers in quartets and other
ensembles. He is director of the Xenia Foundation in Piemonte
having taken over from cellist and writer Elisabeth Wilson who
founded the Foundation. Daniel is also establishing a reputation as a
dealer in musical instruments.
