She recently published Amuse Bouche: How to Eat Your Way Around France, a collection of more than 200 stories about the country’s most fascinating and delicious dishes, ingredients, pastries and cheeses. Carolyn also works for the legendary Roux Family as Communications Manager for The Roux Scholarship, one of the world’s most prestigious chef competitions.
