Frances has been a curator with English Heritage for 8 years, looking after collections focussed on Hadrian’s Wall but also more widely in the north east.
Specialising in Roman material culture she completed her PhD on the Clayton Collection, which is on display at Chesters Roman Fort. She will accompany you as a guide at Corbridge Roman Town on day 6.
