Mark is a wine expert and a director at Decorum Vintners, which
champions the best artisanal wine growers, many of which are
organic or biodynamic. To start his wine career he spent three years
in the London office of John Harvey and Sons, after which he joined
Layton's Wine Merchants, followed by a three year stint at Charles
Taylor wines before leaving to found Decorum 25 years ago. Mark
has an encyclopaedic knowledge of not only fine wine, but also
restaurants, sports and prog-rock bands.
