A former Front of House Manager at World of Wedgwood, she specialises in promoting the rich heritage of The Potteries, bringing its ceramics history and cultural legacy to life for visitors. She currently works for Stoke-on-Trent City Council, where she is responsible for developing tourism in the region and is a trained Heart of England Blue Badge Guide.
