On 12th November 2016, the City of Venice presented Kirker Holidays with a special award for Kirker’s ‘Outstanding Contribution to Cultural Tourism’ over the 30 years since the company’s foundation in 1986. This prestigious award was presented to Ted Wake, Joint MD of Kirker Holidays, by the Deputy Mayor - Signora Paola Mar, in the city’s splendid town hall, Ca’ Farsetti – an elegant 13th century palazzo on the Grand Canal, where George and Amal Clooney were married in 2014.
