Lausanne’s Christmas market is set upon a hill with spectacular views overlooking Lake Geneva. Known as ‘Bô Noël’, this market is small and maintains an intimate, festive atmosphere. Clusters of illuminated wooden stalls and chalets offer a range of handmade crafts, Christmas decorations, clothing and jewellery, as well as a range of delicious festive cuisine. Renowned Swiss wine pairs perfectly with a traditional Swiss fondue.

The opening of the market will be inaugurated on the 20 November 2024 with a series of events throughout the city, and festive events will continue until New Year’s Eve with a celebration.

Open from 20 November to 31 December, from 11:30 - 21:30 Monday to Tuesday, 11:30 - 22:30 Wednesday to Saturday and 12:00 - 20:00 on Sunday. Market stalls close at 20:00.
