Fibonacci Quartet

The Fibonacci Quartet has quickly established itself as one of Europe’s leading young string quartets following their success as First Prize Winners in the 2024 Royal Over-Seas League Chamber Music Competition. The quartet was formed at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and is Resident Ensemble at the Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia in Madrid and at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff. Recent engagements include concerts at the North Norfolk Music Festival, the Bath Festival, St Jude’s Festival and at the Buxton International Festival.

The Hospital of St Cross

Henry of Blois, Bishop of Winchester, founded the Hospital of St Cross between 1132 and 1136, and the principal activity of the Hospital continues to be the provision of individual, private apartments for a living community of about twenty-five elderly men. Kirker has supported the Hospital for a number of years, contributing to the costs of maintaining the Grade I listed buildings, including the Norman church and beautiful walled garden.
