Exhibition
Palazzo Zabarella
16 October 2025 - 25 January 2026
An extraordinary art collection from the LAM collection in the Netherlands will be at the heart of a new major exhibition in Palazzo Zabarella this Autumn, which will give visitors the opportunity to admire 65 works by 30 avant-garde artists.
The exhibition brings together many artists and masterpieces in six thematic sections, offering an in-depth study of the Cubist avant-garde, including paintings by Picasso and Braque. It is however Amedeo Modigliani who holds the place of honour within the exhibition, with an exceptional group of works including Moïse Kisling, Red-haired Boy, Nude seated with Shirt and Maternity. These paintings, created at different moments in Modigliani’s brief yet intense career, reveal the rich variety and emotional depth of his artistic expression. Alongside these works are pieces by other major 20th century figures such as Joan Miró, Youla Chapoval, André Lanskoy, Alexander Calder and Bernard Buffet, offering visitors a broad panorama of European art across the 20th and 21st centuries.
We would be delighted to arrange a tailor-made short break to include entrance tickets for the exhibition, see our suggested package below.
