Today, its 69 rooms are sumptuously decorated using the richest fabrics to create a classical yet contemporary feel. The hotel is also home to the three star Michelin restaurant, ‘Pierre Gagnaire’ –reservations essential (closed at weekends, August and Christmas) and the relaxing ‘Le lounge’ bar and tearoom where light dishes are served throughout the day.
