All the arrangements made by Kirker ran smoothly, from the airport transfers to check-in at the hotel (Grand Hotel Wien) and delivery of tickets for the various performances that we had booked. The cake in our room was a lovely welcoming touch and much appreciated. In addition, we would like to add that all the tickets booked for the Opera House, Musikverein, Volksoper and the Spanish Riding School were for very good seats, without exception.
