Vienna 3 nights low season from £798 per person

One of our very favourite hotels in the centre of mediaeval Vienna, just 200 yards from St. Stephen's Cathedral. Dating back to the 17th Century, the building has remained unchanged for 300 years.

Built around a beautiful panelled atrium bar/lounge with trees and plants, the hotel has 33 bedrooms individually furnished in the Viennese classicism style. There is also an atmospheric restaurant with vaulted ceiling which is directly under the flat where Mozart lived when he composed "The Marriage of Figaro". Buffet breakfast with hot dishes cooked to order.

3 night low season price from £798 per person, 3 night high season price from £829 per person

Arranged by us exclusively for our customers...

Vienna Masterticket

For all of our clients travelling to Vienna, we are delighted to include a Masterticket which gives you entrance to the Leopold Museum and the Kunsthistorisches Museum (Museum of Fine Arts). The Kunsthistorisches was built by Emperor Franz Joseph to house the vast Habsburg collections – amongst its many highlights is one of the foremost collections of Old Masters.

In contrast, the Leopold Museum is the home of Austrian modern art and includes works by the founder of the Vienna Secession movement, Gustav Klimt. The Kunstkammer at the Kunsthistorisches Museum is highly recommended; it reopened in 2013 after a 10 year restoration and is one of the world’s most important chambers of art.

Salzburg was the birthday place of Mozart and its unique location, near the Bavarian border, means that the majestic alps protect it and make for quite the spectacular backdrop. Salzburg itself is a city rich in music and art, dominated by a 900 year old castle – Hohensalzburg, which has panoramic views of the lush landscape of forests and rivers below, with the mountains placed majestically in…
