Where to go in October

October is an excellent month to explore European cities – with mild weather perfect for sightseeing, and a full range of cultural events including exhibitions, festivals and concerts. The last of the late summer sunshine can still be found around the Mediterranean, whilst further north the winter is still yet to arrive in earnest.
