Located at the top of the Gran Via, the Emperador is a short walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol and Madrid’s main shopping streets.

The outstanding feature is the 10th floor roof terrace which has a large swimming pool and snack bar (open May to September) and wonderful views of the city’s skyline including landmarks such as the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. Recently renovated, the 232 bedrooms are all well-furnished in a classical style; there is an elegant lobby bar where light dishes are available throughout the day, a fitness room and a sauna.
