The outdoor swimming pool sits in attractive gardens with specially commissioned artwork, a rare find such a short walk from the town’s main attractions.
Oliver Cattermole is overseeing the innovative cuisine combining local ingredients with Japanese touches served in the ‘Conservatory’ restaurant. The Leeu Collection also owns the adjacent ‘Tuk Tuk Microbrewery’, the ‘Marigold’ Indian restaurant, and the Boutique Gallery of local contemporary art. The hotel’s small spa and gym have views over the gardens.
