Designed in Art Nouveau style by master architect, Ernesto Basile, the Grand Hotel et des Palmes reflects the history of the streets around Teatro Massimo.
The 98 rooms have been recently refurbished, mostly in a more contemporary style. The newly restored restaurant serves traditional Sicilian favourites in a formal ballroom setting. The bar and numerous sculptures in the lobby area are consistent with the hotel’s classic style.
