Infante De Sagres

Oporto 3 nights low season from £648 per person

Almost 70 years after its original opening, this prestigious hotel has been given anew lease of life by the owners of The Yeatman, reopened in 2018 as a member of ‘Small Luxury Hotels of the World’.

The neo-classical building has been lovingly restored to its prime, including its stained glass windows and collection of Oriental and European antiques and tapestries. The hotel is in the heart of the city, just around the corner from the imposing Avenida dos Aliados. The 85 bedrooms have been fully renovated while maintaining their fine fabrics and classic furniture. The atmospheric new ‘Vogue’ bar and restaurant serves cocktails and elegant light dishes in the stylish dining room and on its large terrace. A new rooftop deck offers sun loungers beside a small plunge pool.
