The Inn at the Spanish Steps

Rome 3 nights low season from £788 per person

With its wonderful location on Via Condotti, Rome’s most exclusive shopping street, this small, boutique property is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and is perfect for clients looking for a stylish, intimate property in the heart of the city.

Formerly a stately 18th century townhouse and the home of Hans Christian Andersen, it has been completely renovated to a very high standard with contemporary design blending with classical furnishings, antiques and frescoes. The top floor lounge is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy afternoon tea – pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served here each evening. In fine weather, breakfast is served on the roof terrace with its wonderful views of the Spanish Steps and the city’s rooftops and domes. As well as the 22 bedrooms in the main building, there are a further four in an annexe 100 metres away (also on Via Condotti). In addition, the hotel has 12 rooms and apartments overlooking Piazza di Spagna and the world’s most photographed steps (further details and prices available on request).

3 night low season price from £788 per person, 3 night high season price from £1,098 per person
