In the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, Castell Son Claret is a carefully restored 19th-century castle set within 132 hectares of citrus trees, olive groves, wildflower meadows, and gardens. A palm-lined driveway leads guests into the peaceful estate which has 43 rooms and suites, located in the historic castle building and the former stables, many with private gardens, terraces, or pools.
The hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant led by Mallorcan chef Jordi Cantó is set in the castle’s atmospheric courtyard, and offers refined cuisine with the best local ingredients. There is also a less formal restaurant 'Olivera' which serves Mediterranean cuisine on a terrace overlooking the estate and the surrounding mountains.
The Pool Bar offers equally spectacular panoramic views by the large outdoor swimming pool, and there is a spa with a hammam, sauna, indoor pool and personalised treatments.
